I wore the Hot Pants under my exercise pants and hopped on the treadmill. I experienced more heat on my thighs but no reduction with my thighs size. I attempted to wear the Hot Pants alone but they made a *swooshing* noise that I didn't really need to hear - no reminders of how much my legs rub together, thank you very much.
I wore my Hot Pants under my jeans. The material is thin enough that it didn't make my jeans look like they were about to burst. But honestly, it was a pain when it came time to use the restroom. 'Time to take off my scuba suit' was a thought going through my head.
One good thing Hot Pants did for me was encourage me to sit up straight and hold in my stomach. I think most of us need that reminder.
While Hot Pants haven't worked for me yet, I will continue to wear them while I exercise. I won't give up hope!
